Property Renter (Tenant)

We believe that the property owner and the renter are equally important. We make every effort to ensure that your home move in is as hassle free as possible, and that your home is maintained in a fair and practical way.

All prospective tenants who wish to rent a property with our office are required to lodge an application. Applications are presented to the owner or guardian of the property, and applications are either approved or denied by the property owner or guardian.
